Breakthrough in India - The Kairos Draft Translation in Hindi Completed!

“We are home after a most successful trip to India,” writes Digby and Lola on their recent trip to India. Digby and Lola conducted four Kairos “intensives” in Mumbai, Siliguri, West Bengal, and Pimpri near Pune.Their challenge in some of the courses was enormous
with translation into several languages being needed. The response they found, however, in all four intensives was very encouraging and the energy to engage in both mobilization and mission exciting! The highlight for them both was seeing the completion of the draft version of the Hindi translation of Kairos and the Prayer Booklet. This has been a much prayed for and much anticipated accomplishment!

The ‘buy-in’ to mission mobilization among the Hindi speaking churches, using the Kairos course, is growing very rapidly. Mature Hindi speaking leaders are being mobilized and undergoing training. The prospect to seeing an increase in the missions movement among the Hindi speaking churches in India is exciting and the need for missions outreach especially in West India in huge!
