In March 2008, Oasis Bread of Life Christian Church in Taiwan conducted the 1st English Kairos Course. There were 32 delegates and Andy Houghton was the HF of this first course. One month later, Ya Ching was trained to be the Coordinator by Elsabe de Wet in Brisbane. From Sept to Dec, 2009, Ya Ching and Jeff Taguchi started to run a Chinese Kairos Course among Oasis Ladies Group once a week. In February 2009, Ya Ching, Prudence and Jeff linked as a team to conduct a Chinese Kairos Course in Barnabas Mission School in Taipei.
32 delegates were from 10 local churches and James Chak came from Hong Kong to help this course as a HF. Two more courses were conducted in two churches in July and in Oct. In the year of 2010, Taiwan Kairos Facilitator Team has conducted 8 Chinese Kairos Courses with 157 delegates in total in Taipei, Changhua, Yunghe, Kaohsiung, and Sanchong area. In April and in August 2011, 5 courses have been conducted in Taipei, Taichung and Kaohsiung.
2008年3月-首次以英文在天母靈糧堂開課，32人參加。同年四月，徐雅菁傳道前往布里斯本接受訓練，擔任台灣<把握時機>宣教生命課程連絡人。
2008年9-12月，開始以中文，在天母靈糧堂姐妹會中開課，一週一次方式進行。
2009年，田口駿牧師、胡蘊玉牧師、徐雅菁傳道形成台灣團隊，向外開課。共開設3個梯次課程，分別與巴拿巴宣教學院(2月，32人)，台北救恩堂(7-11月，16人)及台北真理堂(10月，17人)合作開課。許多受過初階訓練之組長加入導修行列。
2010年，在台灣有8個梯次的課程，分別在台北，彰化，永和，高雄及三重，人數合計達157位。 2011年四月及八月，在台北，台中及高雄共進行五次課程。
Three goals of Kairos Course in Taiwan
- Link with Church Pastors, Mission organizations, Seminaries and Cell Group leaders to plant Kairos Course as a mission education for adult Christians in local churches and develop the global view and action of the mission.
- Train more Head Facilitators and build up many Facilitator teams as well as conduct the Kairos Course every year. Encourage the facilitators developing their gifts and starting the mission journey with church body.
- Email the newsletter to Kairos Course Facilitators monthly and join the network with missionaries who were sent out from Taiwan.
把握時機>在台灣的使命 1.與教會牧者、宣教機構、神學院、小組動員者攜手合作，落實宣教教育並且與國際宣教行動接軌。 2.訓練課程導修及小組長，鼓勵弟兄姐妹找到宣教角色，發揮恩賜，開啟全球宣教旅程。 3.連結資源，促成華人宣教士互聯網絡。
