First Kairos Course held in Trinidad and Tobago
A first in the history of Kairos, a course was held in Trinidad and Tobago during the last quarter of 2008.
The course was attended by 30 participants, all members of the Worldwide Church of God (WCG). The attendees, led by senior pastor Dr. Clifton and his wife Pearl, were mostly pastoral leaders of WCG churches from Tobago and neighboring Barbados.
Dr. Rey, a course coordinator of Kairos in the Philippines, facilitated the sessions. Dr. Clifton, who is also an economics professor at the University of West Indies, Barbados, came to know of the course through Dr. Rey while attending a Prison Fellowship International Convocation in Toronto, Canada in 2007. Both are board members of Prison Fellowship organizations in their respective countries.
